SHIPPING POLICY

UK SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days from dispatch.

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch (order cut-off may apply).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the service chosen.

  • Free UK delivery may be offered on orders over a certain threshold (if applicable).

Missed Deliveries

  • If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us and re-shipping fees may apply.

Delays

  • While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, strikes, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

  • International orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Europe: 5–10 working days.

  • Rest of World: 7–14 working days.
    (Timeframes may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.)

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and service selected.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees once the parcel reaches the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping costs at checkout.

  • We have no control over these charges, and they vary by country.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Refused Deliveries

  • If you refuse delivery of an order due to customs fees, the package may be returned to us. Any associated return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Restricted Destinations

  • Some items may not be eligible for international delivery due to carrier or customs restrictions. If this affects your order, we’ll notify you immediately.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

​If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original, resalable condition with all tags attached. Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
 
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

  • Original packaging, swing tags and any labels must be intact.

  • You must include a completed returns form or online returns reference with your parcel.


Non-returnable items
The following goods cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Final sale / clearance items (if stated at purchase)

  • Underwear, bodysuits or other hygiene-sensitive goods once removed from sealed packaging

  • Gift cards (store credit only, if applicable)

  • Items showing obvious wear, washing, or damage not present on delivery


Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately with order number and photos (we recommend within 48 hours). We will assess and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair or full refund (including original postage).

 
How to make a return

  1. Complete the returns form included with your order or start a return via your account/our support email with your order number and reason.

  2. Pack the item securely and include the completed form or returns reference.

  3. Ship using a tracked and insured service — we are not responsible for lost returns. Keep your proof of postage.

  4. Send returns to the address provided on your returns form or in your order confirmation.


Exchanges
We may offer exchanges while stock lasts. If you require a different size or colour, indicate this on your returns form; exchanges are not guaranteed for final-sale items.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–10 working days (depending on card issuer/bank). Shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to an error or a fault on our part.

Return postage & duties

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong item.

  • For international orders, original duties and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Lost returns
Use a tracked, insured service and retain proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for returns that are lost in transit.
